We loaded all my possessions into a U-Haul truck and my parents' van and drove all day to get to Augusta. It takes a lot longer with three vehicles, two of which are slow-moving, so we arrived late into the night.

My brother was a 6/6 match for my bone marrow. He spent a week in excruciating pain to save my life.
The experience was hardly traumatic for me. I just stayed in bed as usual, while a different something was fed into my IV.
It was spring. I wore a new dress.

I'd been sick for two weeks, and the clinic prescribed Zithromax. I felt much better while I was on it. Afterwards I felt terrible again. I was tired and couldn't concentrate--I could barely stay awake.

For fourth grade, I left Lexington Christian School and entered Brookside Elementary. It was very traumatic. The kids were just mean, compared to what I was used to.
I also learned I needed glasses at some point this year--after portraits were taken, though.
