 Can you believe how beautiful the weather is this fall? I do NOT ever recall having such mild weather so far into October. This is on my grateful list too.

How fun suprising her! I try to have a healthy snack before we go to parties so I am not starved.,..but I think I eat just as much when I get there! Plus now I have had a snack too! Ugh!

I use small plates, and chop sticks too! It slows us waaaayyy down and we tend to eat less. Oh ya, plus it is good practice.
Good for you! I have a suggestion that makes a wonderful snack with veggies. Trader Joe has a white bean & basil hummus. It is fantastic! We put it on everything and makes a wonderful substitute for condiments on veggie sandwiches. Verfy sati...
