Well, we figured it is getting closer to the time we will have to start to plan. As many of you already know, we are going to have a destination wedding. We are planning to go away spring of next year (2009). There has been no date set yet. However, we are thinking end of April or May. There has been no "destination" set yet either. However, it will be HOT, there will be SAND and BOOZE and DANCING...It will probably in the Dominican at an all inclusive resort. Price ranges depending on the time it is booked. I have been told it can range from $1200 - $1600 per person. I have been told that you pay a down deposit when you book and pay the rest closer to the date. I know someone who decided to wait till the last moment to book to get a discount - but that is chancey. Of course you can bring a guest. Anyway, this was set up to keep people up dated. This is a very small wedding. We are only inviting a select few - They are people really dear to our hearts. That being said, we understand the fact that you may not be able to attend due to timing or finances etc. We understand that and wont be hurt if you turn down the invitation. We will let you all know in a few months about the exact date and the details. p.s. if anyone has any ideas, please let us know! |
