I can get my father-in-law to talk about the war if we give him drinks and watch just 30 seconds of Band of Brothers. Not the same war, even, but the combination of a beer and comradeship on screen make an otherwise reticent vet gab for hours.
I had my first star pop in 15 years last weekend. They still fall apart like they used to.
Big noggin for big brains?
What no picture of the twins?
I think an entire book can be written about what urinal to pick in any given scenario. The worst is an even number of urinals. Think about it.
I can't get enough of him. Even when he's being a little boogar and won't go to sleep.

I gained 5 pounds this weekend. Mostly in beer.

Have you looked back on these recently? They're kinda funny in retrospect.
We'll miss having you around, Em.
I think it's especially important to remember those we encounter (even if we did not know them by name). They may have no other record than the one you've given them in your memories.
I gotta learn to dive.
The first things that attracted me to my wife were her strangenesses. There are a million ways to fall in love. It seems that I had discovered them all in Stephanie before we were to be; stretching and farting inclusive. She was big on office yoga...

Well said. This is a good time capsule.
Word is my nemesis. Many a night up late battle the old copy-and-paste from word bug. Ack!
OK, I'll say it then. Sex rocks.
I'm the opposite. I need constant distraction. I work better when I'm in a fishbowl. David sleeps with noise all around him. The quieter it gets the more restless he is. But if TV is blaring and the dishwasher is on, no problem. I guess the apple...
I'm sure HR would have a few things to say about it.
Happy Anniversary!
sorry :-(

1-800-aim-high?
Hola
The article I read made it sound more like you could monitor your online reputation with it. Me being a super geek, you'd think I'd have a desire for this kind of thing. Maybe it's more for noob's? I mean, I feel like I have a handle on my online ...

Mayo? Really? What does it come out tasting like?
I have vowed never to work in a cube farm again. In June it will have been two years since I quit my day job. As I type this, I am looking out the window of the bottom floor of a house that friend lets me use for my "office". I am ten feet from a...

Hey, Eddie. It's I who am thankful. Has it been a year already? Time flies when you're looking back!
Congratulations again!

Question: Did you finally get it installed?
:-)
Very cute
Marko's hair is getting super long. It suits him well.

I miss nature!
I'd like to see a sample of such a contract. I try to set goals for myself and leave a trail of notes that I can look back on for self-evaluation. I think relationships could benefit from the same, though admittedly my wife and I do not currently ...
It's also common that one never learns this lesson. It's all about figuring out who you are and what you want. The voyage of self-discovery necessarily involves knowing what it is you want from others as well. So, in love. Self-discovery if not at...

Bon voyage! Don't forget to write!
I don't think "stoic" is the word we're looking for here... :-)
I started sleeping with about a million pillows as an adult. I have no idea why. But it makes me feel better to have something to grab on to. I would grab on to Steph but she forbids me - she is hot enough without me all over her. So that leaves m...
