New Site

This day I finally released my new personal site and Designer portfolio, lauching too a dot com domain. Actually I wanted to make this site since many months ago, but for one reason or other I never started. Now, it was a kind o challenge too to learn something about create HTML using Web 2.0 standards, because of this this new site was made only with Divs and Css. I know it has some code errors yet, but I'm still learning. I hope correcting them for the new version which it comes on the road. So, you are invited to visit me in this new site, still in beta. Este día por fin dejé online mi nuevo sitio personal de Diseñador y portafolio, estrenando también dominio punto com. De hecho quería hacer este sitio hace varios meses atrás, pero por una rason u otra nunca comenzaba. Ahora, fue una especie de desafío también para aprender algo acerca del como hacer un sitio HTML usando los nuevos estándares de la Web 2.0, porque este sitio del que les hablo, fue realizado exclusivamente con Divs y Css. Sé que aún tienen erroresde código, pero estoy recién aprendiendo. Espero corregirlos la nueva versión de este sitio que ya viene en camino. This was the day when according with the curriculum of my carreer I made the presentation of my project thesis in a room with a commission of professors. I approved with great results and since this day I can say I'm a Graphic Designer.

Ese fue el día cuando siguiendo los proecesos de mi carrera, realicé la presentación de mi proyecto de título en una sala donde la presenció una comisión de profesores. Aprové súper bien y desde ese día puedo decir que soy un Diseñador Gráfico.

University

This year I entered to the School of Design of the glorious University of Chile, the biggest and oldest in my country, for studying Graphic Design. Great.

Ese año logré entrar a la Escuela de Diseño de la gloriosa Universidad de Chile, la más grande, importante y antigua de mi país. Todo esto, para estudiar Diseño Gráfico. Súper.

Earthquake

Santiago, Chile and other cities suffered a Mega eartquake. This day my family lost the house, which literally fell down into pieces. We lived in an old country house and this day we were inside of it, so we saw from the back yard how the walls fell down. Pretty sad. I was 5, but I remember it.

Santiago y otras ciudades de Chile sufrieron ese día un mega terremoto que dejó mucha ingraestructura en el suelo. Ese día mi familia perdió su casa, que que literalmente se cayó a padazos. La casa era una construcción muy antigua de estilo colonial y ese día estabamos todos ahí, por lo que vimos desde el patio como los muros se caian. Fue triste. Tenía 5 años, pero me acuerdo bastante.

First day at School

That was the first time when I went for to school. Actually was the Kinder Garden. It was in the same school where my big brother and sister used to study. A traditional catholic place with informal and dutch priests. It was pretty ok.

Ese fue el primer día que fui al colegio. De hecho fue el Kinder. Fue en el mismo colegio al que iban mis hermanos mayores. Un colegio catolico con curas holandeses que por lo que recuerdo eran algo informales. Buenos momentos.

Yep... I think it was noon in a Clinic at the north side of Santiago, Chile. This day I was the third child of my parents.

Sip... Creo que fue como a mediodía en una Clinica en la parte norte de Santiago de Chile. Ese día me convertí en el tercer hijo de mis padres.
