Brand planning for monolithic brands  − 29 August, 2005 - 17 February, 2006

The clients at Javelin Direct were SBC (then AT&T), Bank of America and Mitsubishi. I enjoyed the challenge of working on such big clients. It was interesting to find out what the consumers perception were on such big names. This handicapped the companies in some ways but also gave them an opportunity to change.
