Post-Graduate Internship  − 1 May, 2005

Eager to get out of the environment of UST Hospital (clerkship was emotionally and psychologically traumatic), I decided to take a break but not entirely have a vacation, if only to have my mental health back (I hope I don't sound like I needed to take Prozac or see a shrink). I had my internship at Capitol Medical Center, a private, non-teaching hospital. There, we were treated well, we were friends with most of our residents. I have no complaints about the free food either. And I got to meet new friends.

Look what happened to me..haha..UST is super tough to be in. The compromise now is that my parents, said "No" to taking a year off, but since I'm reviewing for US board it's okay with them. wink!
