My First Car in 6 Years  − 24 June, 2005

Being that I was living in Wisconsin, I needed a car. Something I didn't need in New York City. I got my Wisconsin license and I began looking for a car/truck.

I spotted the Durango at a dealership not to far from the house. Chris like Durangos and somehow she convinced me that I liked them too. I bought it and of course I washed it and waxed it 5 times in the first month. I liked the fact that I could buy a car in Appleton with New York wages. It enabled me to get something really nice.

Within a month, I put a nice Kenwood stereo system in it and bought interfaces for my iPod and Sirius Satellite Radio that allows me to control both with the head unit. It was my baby, until Chris and I found our Yukon Denali XL on eBay.

Too funny - when I moved to CT from NYC a few years back, I bought my first new car ever, and my first car in a year. It was a Durango too!
