Second Dave Matthew's Band Concert − 12 June, 2001
Brian and I attended our first Dave Matthews Concert while living in Pennsylvania and we drove to the Meadowlands. This concert was only 5 minutes from our house in that the Meadowlands was just down the road in Secaucus.
I had asked a girl to come to the concert with Brian and I. I even gave her a CD since she never really listened to the band and I thought it would be nice to lend it to her to listen to before the concert.
I really liked this girl and she only lived around the block from Brian and I. Now, I can't even remember her name. I had bought an extra ticket and she stood me up. I remember mentioning the concert a few days later when I saw her on the NJ Transit bus. I can take the hint so I just wanted to let her know how uncool standing me up was.
Brian and I had fun anyway and we had an extra seat for our food and stuff. Blessings in disguise I guess. Here's the setlist, thanks to antsmarching.org

It was a great concert, this time we were in the nose-bleeds and had to look down to our left to see the stage, Dave Matthews was a dancing blur about the size of a toothpick. Good thing they had video screens or we would have never seen him.
