Saw Jon Stewart perform stand-up at the Merriweather-Post Pavillion near Columbia, MD. Just like when we saw Rob Corddry (former Daily Show correspondent), Stewart didn't hold anything back and was just as funy -- if not funnier -- as he is on his pre-recorded television show.

Of course, Stewart spent a long time covering the political scene, including the current administration. One of his key points is that Bush isn't dumb, but rather that Bush must think we're all dumb. Which is why Bush talks to us using the following structure:

I [A] [B]. I'm a [B]-[A]er! (where [A] = a verb and [B] = a noun)

Example: "I make decisions. I'm a decision-maker!" (insert Stewart's trademark weaselly snickering)

Stewart sais only someone who's quite smart and thinks his audience quite dumb would say something like this. He may have a point here.

Next up on our Daily Show cast list? Mo Rocca! -- all we need now is Steve Carell (don't think he's doing stand-up) and Stephen Colbert (him neither) and we'll get a free cup of coffee!
