Another Raider Game? − 6 October, 2006
Due to my soon-to-be Step-Daughter's pregnancy and due date being so close to Chris and I's wedding date, we decided to change the date of the wedding. Since everything was already booked, including honeymoon air travel we have to use the travel or we lose the money.
Chris, being the sweetheart that she is, immediately surprised me with the idea of going to San Francisco for a long weekend, including a home Raider game on Sunday. We got tickets for the Raiders and Rams on eBay pretty cheap and on the 45 yard line above the home team tunnel. We then changed our flight tickets and got a hotel and a rental car.
Now, even though they suck this year, I'm excited to go. I'll tell more about it when it happens of course.
The fact that she thought of this is the reason I'm marrying her. That and she's an eBay genious. :)
Update: We just got the tickets today (10/19/06) and even though they'll probably lose, I got all giggly when I saw the tickets. :)
