My first visit to San Francisco was all about the Raider game. This time I was with my fiance and we stayed in San Francisco and enjoyed the sites for a few days before the game.
We arrived on Thursday morning around 11:30. We walked to our hotel in the Tenderloin. San Francisco's most dangerous neighborhood. As we walked to the hotel, we saw a guy laying on the ground. A few minutes before we saw some guys running past us. It may have been the "suspect" those cops were looking for but we'll never know.
We got to the hotel and it was a dump and we stayed in there and laughed for about 2 hours at the fire engines that went past our window about every 4 minutes.
Places we went:
Alcatraz Island, Fisherman's Wharf, Coit Tower, Lombard Street, Chinatown, The Cheesecake Factory downtown, and a few other places. Actually, we saw a lot of the city in 5 days. We were really efficient. :)
