Thanks to PRI and the BBC, I had the opportunity to visit London to spend several days touring the BBC. The trip also allowed us to have some extra time to see some sights in the city and I took the opportunity to then take the Eurostar to Paris for a couple of extra days.

It was comfortable, but pretty uneventful... although the one nice thing about it (compared to flying) is that you're able to leave London in the City and arrive in Paris (as opposed to out of town at the airport).

I had a friend who used to commute to school in London from his flat in Paris. When money is not an issue, I'm told there's no other way to go.
