Happy Hilarious − 22 December, 2006
Today was the last day of school till the new year..
I have to say that I love my kids. They are the most incredable thing that has happened to me. I wish they were mine sometimes, but then I remember that feeling of going home after school.
I'm a teacher. I love being a teacher. My kids were having a little party today as we headed into Christmas Break. The story here is what one of them did as I looked up at her from my computer.
"Wanna see a fish face? "
"Ok."
She rears back, crosses her eyes, sucks in her cheeks, and then starts to flap her arms in the air.
"Stop please." I gasp, choking on my laugh, and drying my eyes.
"Gheee, Gheee Gheee... " she laughs in a machine gun like way, and does it again.
I think that I will tell God that story when he asks me about my life. This one, and the one about K thumping up the stairs coming home from work. I think those are some of my favorite memories...
