Indian Cuisine − 15 December, 2006
Basmati Rice, Gulab, and the smell of cummin wafting over everything. It is the favorite of my cousin and her fiance. They have invited me to 3 Indian cuisine meals so far. The first was take-out Indian. The second was Sunday lunch. The third was another Sunday lunch.
I think my first experience with Indian cuisine was at the Mall of Asia (in the Philippines), when I had murtaba for dinner. Mmm, good! This was when my dormmates (Jenny F, Cecille) and I had been walking around browsing for two hours, trying to decide where to have dinner.
To the uninitiated, please try Indian cuisine. It is an enjoyable experience worth having.
