Valentine's day before the BIG day  − 19 February, 2005

So Kyle and I had been saving, and saving for our big day.  However, we decided to splurge by taking a weekend trip to LA. Did we have the best weekend in sin or what!  We had reservations at Koi for dinner (AWESOME!).  Like an idiot I wore my Japanese wrap shirt!  Who does that but me!  Seriously!  Unfortunately, I will always remember wearing that shirt that night.  Anyway, back to the food.  We had the most amazing spicy tuna rolls EVER!  This is also the night I learned to use chop sticks.  It is amazing what a glass (or two) or wine and a fancy dinner will do!  I probably spoke fluent Japanese that night!  I swear!  Everything was just fantastic.  Equally as fabulous was the after dinner bar we found.  Just up the street was a total dive bar that had 60s flower-power magazine articles all over the tables, and counters.  It was soooo awesome!  I just loved every minute of it.  I enjoyed every second of our weekend.  I have the best guy ever!  Sorry girls!!
