MSU here I come! − 1 August, 1999

My first time out on my own! Yeah! Boys, frat parties and new friends. Wow! It sure was fun! I moved into my dorm room with two other girls. My friend Susie and a Sophmore Jennifer. It is so funny because at the time I thought she was so old! A big Sophmore! Holy Moly! Susie and I had bunkbeds and Jenny had her own bed (because she was older). We had a quad in the 1st floor of Emmons Hall. Agh...those were the days.

Michigan State University was definetly the best choice for me. I loved it. Afterall that is were I fell in love with my now husband. Of course we didn't know at the time we were falling in love. Well maybe we did.

That first semester I decided that Interior Design was the degree for me (would have done that differently!). Anyway, I also met my friends Larissa, and Lemmons (nickname that stuck). Those were my first of many friends from MSU.

You know even the dorm food I remember with a kind of affection now....
