Dandelife...the work-out!  − 31 January, 2007

So this year I want to be journaling more.  I also want  exercise more.  So I came up with a few suggestions that you could incorporate into your journaling to burn a few extra calories.

Sit on a balance ball while typing (core strengthening)

Lifting lap top from carrying case (strength training)

Plugging in the power cord (stretching)

Writing about an ex-girl/boyfriend (cardio)

***Please consult your physician before begining any strenuous regime.  Please discontinue use IMMEDIATELY if you become short of breath, or become weak

I would love to hear if anyone else has any ideas!

After every sentence, run around the desk or the apartment. After every paragraph, up and down stairs. Writing while stretching. Putting the laptop on a coffee table, squat, write a sentence, up and squeeze, squat, write, up and squeeze...
