They come out with no problem. I apparently walk myself from the surgery room to recovery. I still don't remember that.

I had my wisdom teeth removed when I was 18. My father drove me to the dentist. I remember sitting in the dentist chair and the nurse was about to give me the sleeping mask. She said "Count to 10 backwards"
I started "10, 9, 8,...7.............6....."
I said "how long is this surgery going to take?"
I realized that I am slurring.
She said "We are done".
It was 2 hours and 4 wisdom teeth later.
The really funny thing is that it wasn't even the same nurse.
Taking care of my post-surgery mouth was a real pain, so I wish you many vicodin-filled days of recovery :)
