She amazes me. I won't go into the story, I won't tall tale here. It's about more than that. It's about the culmination of all the years of fighting and struggling with selfishness, fear, resentment, pain, and lonliness.
It's about how faith in God grants us the ability to love us, then someone else. I feel truly sober today, and she is a part of that. That's the greatest gift that God has given me though Sobriety. The ability to not only see you, but to feel you. All of you without thinking of what I can get from you.
