청주, South Korea − 31 October, 1986
I was assigned to work with Travis Wilson. I did not know him, but luckily for me, he turned out to be a hard worker and just plain fun to hang around with. We spent the next 5 1/2 months working together in CheongJu (청주) with the members of the 복대 ward.
As I look back on my experience in Korea as a missionary, this first area is the one that comes to mind immediately. I was very fortunate to have started my journey here in such a nice place with nice people.
