What I like list... − 12 March, 2007

I was telling Heather that I feel like I've been angry a lot lately. Mostly at a pile of little annoyances that just seem to keep coming up (ie. cars breaking down, laundry piles, landlord, etc.) I sometimes have to remind myself that I have a great life.

After reading Emily's list, I was inspired to write my own "list of likes". Thanks Emily.

That feeling you get, after being at the beach all day, and you take a shower. Your skin feels funny.
When we get home late from being gone all day, when Micaela is passed out in the back seat of the car. I love to carry her into the house. It's when I feel like a dad the most. It makes me realize how much she needs me, and I need her. I also realize, each time, I get one step closer to never being able to carry her again. She gets too big, too fast.
