I remember this day pretty clearly myself. It came as a shock to us all. We thought it was a hostile takeover or something. Do you remember me, Ben and Brent coming over with Thai food later that evening to hang out? I can't remember his name, but that red-headed programmer I sat next to in the LA office was already at your place asking for a job at your new digs wherever you might end up. What was his name?

It was pretty hostile. Mike and I offered to buy Jason out instead . . .the red headed guy. . . I know exactly who you are talking about. thick irish style. . . can't think of his name either.

I just came across this - had to make a post. We all thought it was hostile. I totally remember that red-headed guy - he was quite a character after you all left. And I will never forget demanding I have a new pony if they expected me to work with them anymore. As you said, "a good and bad day - but good in the end".
