I went to D.C. and Maryland, perfectly timed for the Cherry Blossom Festival. Went to see the National Cathedral, Luray Caverns (& Car, caravan museum), Museum of Natural History, Air & Space Museum, the Zoo, Hirschorn sculpture park, National Art Museum West & East, Library of Congress, Sewell-Belmont house, Postal Museum, and then on Good Friday, after being in line for one of the in-high-demand Holocaust Museum tickets, I took a walk to see Lincoln Memorial, past Tidal basin and past all the other memorials along that street, before going back to tour the Holocaust Museum.
