Ideal candidates would rate well in at least 3 of the below categories:

• know all the usual applications (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Dreamweaver)
• have a strong background in typography
• admire Joseph-Muller Brockmann, Paul Rand and El Lissitzky
• be experts in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and ActionScript 2.0.
• be fanatical fans of OOP
