Moving A World Into a Smaller Universe − 15 July, 2007
Its been 11years since I have been up-rooted from where I call home...a beautiful apartment on Arnold Avenue...near the Morley Field Park...Saddly enough my land-lords wife just had her third stroke this year...and doesn't look good for the 88 year old couple that migrated here from Italy in the late 30...Unable to keep with the needed handy work with out complex he decided to sell the complex and two other properties with in my area...I was able to room the a old co-worker of mine from the days of bartending at Bourbon St...Which made for such an easy move...cause he live 7 houses down from me...but the amounts of stuff I was pulling out of that tiny apartment...(memories after memories) so many boxes that I wasn't alble to let go...or through away...Letters from my mother and news paper clipping from my dad...just a lot of history...I even had shoes and clothing from old lovers like Tom and Will...( I did through that crap away) but all the Halloween crap I collected and star wars stuff and other goofie knick-knacks....I just couldn't
part with it...so here I am in a room...with boxes of my self-expression and living with a roommate in his house....with all of strange habbits.... and me trying to adjust...
