Summer and David's Wedding on the QM1 − 31 July, 2007

It didn't used to be called the Queen Mary 1 but it is. As it were, the QM1 is docked permanently in Long Beach, California. Furthermore, it's been turned into a floating flashback to a wonderful era of travel. Trans-Atlantic soujourns where the wealthy few spent weeks on the open seas living with equal abandon. What a wonderful setting for a wonderful wedding.

Summer is Steph's best friend from high school. She a buy a few years ago on eHarmony and the rest is history. We were there to witness their marriage. Steph was a bride's maid and looked ravishing as a 6-month pregnant gal that she is. Summer looked stunning and as happy as can be. Summer's family was ecstatic too. David is a great guy and it was nice to see them welcome him in to their family with such glee. Of course, the same is true of David's family.
