You do this every morning? That's it... I really need to get off my ass. Seeing stuff like this is like watching the movie "300." I'm easily shamed into physical activity.
How long you've been doing this? and at what time in the morning do you do this? It's hard for me to choose a time to jog, because I don't like jogging when too many joggers are around.
It's a short two-mile thing. Really easy with a pretty view. It's almost a walk. But I break a sweat and it invigorates. My blood is like molasses in the morning without it. @rebeca - what time? 7, 8, 9 - whenever I'm done with my first messages of the day. as for too many other people, I live downtown so you get used to seeing pedestrians. It ain't the suburbs, that's for sure. But San Diego is a pretty active town. Very active. There's people jogging everywhere at all times of the day. It's almost a cliche around here.
