Lobbied for the repeal of Executive Order #9 and creation of the Y2K Contingency Planning task force to be headed by the National Security Council. After its passage on March 1999, I served as technical consultant to the Y2K Congressional Oversight under Senator Ramon Magsaysay Jr.
