Nana Died  − 28 August, 2007

She died peacefully. It was mom and Nancy's wish that she be sedated because breathing was too painful. It had been a few days since she started morphine treatment and for a while it looked like she might bounce back. She was alert for a few hours a day. And she was talking as best she could. But in the end, she just fell too ill to recover.
