That's what Dr. Zachary Smith from the classic television series "Lost In Space" would have to say about the current situation in the stock market. I'm not usually a big follower of day to day trends in the Dow, but given that a sizable chunk of my savings for the upcoming sabbatical are part of the maelstrom that is the stock market, I can't help but get just a bit anxious...
I've adjusted my start date on the AT to hopefully avoid some of the crush of hikers on March 1. Don't know if one week will make that much of a difference. I also want to try to complete the hike in time for Burning Man on Labor Day weekend.
Still nursing a broken foot, but I should know on Monday whether or not I can start with the training hikes again.
