Coincidence: House on Hill for Sale  − 19 July, 2006

5 or 6 years ago we marked a house in the Hollywood Hills that was our favorite. Just now as we are looking to purchase a new house in Manhattan Beach - a friend of mine said they saw an amazing house in Hollywood Hills for sale. When we checked the listing - it was the exact house we had dreampt about so long ago. Although since we are in love with Mbeach – we decided to stay local. But the timing is very coincidental!
