Making use of Dandelife − 9 January, 2008
Yesterday, I read the Dandelife blog and it said I could use it to note my weight-loss, what I eat, my migraines, etc. I think it's a good idea !
I note stuff in my agendas (two of them), my calendars (2), my note book. So it would be nice to have everything here, easily accessible from almost anywhere.
To start I'll have to :
- Get on a scale to have my "new" weight. I haven't weighed myself since last Fall and I don't fit in most of my clothes anymore. Getting off the pills had an effect ! I have more food cravings of the sugar-fat-salty type.
- I have downloaded the Candian Food Guide. I also have lots of recipes for healthy eating.
- Examine what I ate the days before the migraine and the day before that. So I'll just note everything. Hum. This will be shocker.
- I guess writing what exercise I get would add to it.
Ok then.

What a great idea! I would be terrified to journal what I consume! I think that is the point :)

After writing about what I eat for two days, I AM horrified ! I thought I ate better than that. PMS has something to do with it but I have to regain control a bit !

I am a chip-a-holic. I wish it were different but, there it is. I have confessed it! Now I can begin to deal!
