In shock, and awe  − 10 December, 2007

Well, it was about this day, somewhere between a week plus or Minus.

I am in shock and awe. Quynh walked in this morning. I was as usual Asleep being that it was 8am. "What would you say If I were pregnant?"

"oh man.. I don't know."

I'm thinking about how tough it would be, how we would have to change everything, and of course, the driving feature of my life, money. How would we pay for it I thought I mumbled. Well it didn't come out like that, if at all, and I rolled over and fell asleep again.

faast forward to 5pm or so.

I am sitting on our couch, looking down at not one but 2 home pregnancy tests. Both are positive. I'm elated, and yet at the same time worried. More that I have somehow really messed with Quynh's head with the conversation we had this morning, and definately that the baby is actually coming.

We're going to have a baby. I'm in awe!
