I began waiting tables on the side of my nursing home job, to keep some extra coin in my pocket. A single expression reverberates in my mind as I work: "A person who is nice to their date, but who is rude to the waiter, is not a nice person."
Most people are not nice.

Yeah, there's a word for people like that. Well, there's a LOT of words for people like that. I gotta tell you, anyone that handles MY food, I treat like a saint. It's just common sense. And for anyone not clued in, go watch the movie "Waiting."

I sometimes with the people I work with did things like that. I would be worth getting bitched at.
