In other words, "Since you do good work at a job few are willing to do, we're not going to promote you." Been there.

I think waiting tables is some of the least rewarding work out there. It's like prostitution, but doesn't pay nearly as well.

Just grow some boobs and you'll get bigger tips. (Oh, come on, you all know it's true...) Wait -- that goes right along with that prostitution comment. Hmmm...
