Total Randomosity − 4 April, 2008

Erm, i dunno why im writing this blog to be totally honest, i think its just to pass the time that is filled with utter boredom.
Right now im laying on my bed watching some 100 rock countdown presented by that busted/fightstar guy with the big funny eyebrows.

Argh, what to write?! whats been happening with me? either not much or quite a bit, i guess it depends on your point of view.

Wednesday was my 4th driving lesson, and im getting really really good. I done a 3 point turn - got it right first time! The way my instructor told me how to do it was a hell of a lot simpler than my previous instructor - no doing it in 5 turns or using the handbreak. I also got up to 50mph - i was on a 60mph road but didnt get up to that cos i found 50 was fast enough for me.
But im really chuffed, cos im actually enjoying driving - im now ready to drive unlike before. w00p!

What im also pleased about is that im getting back into my photography - last friday i decided to buy myself a tripod cos i want to try to do self portraiture, and i cant do it without one. And by doing this ive also been learning how to use manual focus and the timer. Some of my first lot of photos turned out a bit funny but its all practice.

Ive done myself a little mini series - called insecure. The photos are to do with body image - being pressured into losing weight. If i can think of any other insecurities i will add to it, but thats all i have atm.
I also have some other ideas for mini series but i need people to photograph and a good place to take them, as i dont have my own studio its a bit difficult to do what i want. But hopefully i will have my sister to model for me soon.

If anyone wants some photos done, just ask me - im always up for the practice, and to build up a portfolio.

Ooooh, and im happy that my Buffy, Sunnydale High School tshirt and hoodie came through the post today - w00p w00p!! Just in time for my buffyfest 2moz, yay!
I know im a buffy geek/loser but i dont care, im proud!
