I don't care what they say... − 5 May, 2008

Ignore the title of this blog… I have the Leona Lewis song stuck in my head from hearing Seth and Tidah singing, but of course I am in love with Seth.

Anywho.. how’s life? its going…

Working and waiting.

Seth just took her big test for nursing, and we all know she did wonderfully, even though she won’t admit it.

Seth’s tummy is obviously growing quicker now, now that she is well into her last trimester, we are 2 months away from Adrianna greeting the world. We found out she will be scheduled to come out on July 8th or 9th. We will find out in the next 2 weeks or so.

We are all excited, Seth and I, Tidah, her family, my mom and dad, Amy, Andrew, etc.
My mom had Adrianna’s nursery at her house done this past January (shows her excitement). Her first grandaughter. Believe me, I will some how coax Adrianna to call my mom ‘Old Fart’ numerous amounts of time.

Seth is doing ok, normal pregnancy woahs, but doing good in school still, and letting me watch the Lakers in the playoffs, while am screaming constantly: FINALLY KOBE GOT MVP!!!!

Tidah is still in preschool, and now has her own room in our place now that her Auntie Meatball (Makaret) and Calista have decided to find other pastures. She sleeps well and we don’t have a problem with her sleeping alone (thank goodness).

She is also doing ballet, and swimming lessons (with Calista), and loving swimming currently, from our vantage point right now she doesn’t seem to overly enthused with ballet. I plan to push her into soccer soon, and then especially since she is so big, we are going to make her a star basketball player, the female version of Kobe =)

I am working still for Citigroup, the Flex Developer (programmer) and still blogging at my anthonytanaka.com site, and my portfolio work is still at sohtarine.com, which is also in desperate need of updating. I had been teaching the last few Saturday’s, as a web design instructor at a school in El Monte. Madrid Middle school houses a special ‘GATE’ program (began teaching this class for my Auntie Bonnie) for advanced placement students, and they do pretty well for having only 9 hours total of instruction which you can view here:http://www.anthonytanaka.com/class/spring08/

I will probably, and currently am still looking for freelance work here and there to help save money and pay off debt. Remember everyone, save as much as you can, get rid of debt, especially since things are only getting harder with gas prices going up, groceries like Milk are going to sky rocket, and the economy still massively sucking.

We have to figure out a way to leave this earthly place in a much better condition than the way we found it. It’s terrible how bad things are getting.

I still have some issues sleeping earlier, which is why I stay up and read a lot, or try to get some side work done. I stress a lot, just like I am sure everyone else does, I just try not to show it, I remember the only way out is to just be patient, and keep working.

Eventually something has to give.

I need to make sure my family and I are happy, and that my girls have it much easier than I do when they get older.

Until then just have to bust booty, keep rooting for my Lakers and Kobe, and be the Big Juicy that I am.
