My Birthday '08  − 6 May, 2008

It's been a 2 weekend back-to-back birthday celebration for my 2 dozen of years on Earth. This year's theme was the great outdoors... Sentosa, Pasir Ris Park, Cycling, Badminton... It was actually an excuse to make myself tanner and to feel healthier. :) And also i long to be close to the blue waters....

I guess as the year goes by, my perception of birthday gifts has become really practical. Vouchers makes me happy. So does Planet Earth DVD! I love it! Was surprised that someone got the hint from my entries! haha...

Also, spent a $80 Ichiban Boshi voucher ( which i won by one lucky spin of the wheel, hehe ) on my colleagues. Two of them are also having birthdays close to mine. So we just though a mass celebration would be merrier. :P

And so i'm one year older... and that much closer to being a wise old lady someday... I guess the amount of time spent on this Earth isn't really important.... What's important is the feeling of being alive and kicking and to cherish every breathe that you take.
