Diagnosis  − 3 April, 1995

Approximate date but good year. Was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder. It was a relief. I have been taking pills for thirteen years now and have never taken a break from that. Started with Lithium and am now on Manerix and Topamax. Will stop in a couple months. Have been stable, "normal", for seven years and in psychotherapy for two years.
Being Bipolar is kind of crappy when you hear people talking about other bipolars who don't treat themselves as crazies or vegetables. I never was either one.
