New Office Pix − 6 May, 2008
Office pictures aren't usually too exciting and these are no different. But they illustrate the disparity I mentioned in my initial post about my new office, and they also illustrate how people have built (sometimes massive) barricades next to their too-open cubes to get some modicum of privacy. You'll also notice that there is a huge difference between the window-side of the suite, which is painted bright colors, and the non-window side, which is standard beige..

It looks like Happy Time offices on Dead Like Me ! I'm looking at the pictures waiting for Dolores herbig to walk in the corridor. :)

Yeah... thank the good lord, we don't have anyone like Dolores Herbig (as in "Her big brown eyes") in our office! Geeze I guess I should be counting my blessings!

Aw, now I really didn't need to see this. Those cubicles look palatial! Where I work (anywhere I've ever worked, in fact), those cubicles would seat 2 or 3 people. Damn, I really feel like a sardine now.

Ugh... the things they do to us "trench" workers! The people who decide these things generally have offices. That's the part that burns me. They don't have to live with their decisions. WE do.
