first smile  − 4 May, 2008

Jaryth smiled at me today. It was like a bolt out of the blue. Before today, he would smile but it was at random. Then this morning he smiled while I was changing him. I smiled back and his smile got bigger. Wow! It's amazing how much a small smile can affect your feelings. It was like the sun coming out - and the day was already beautiful.

He's so cute when he's smiling!
