The Antidote to Going Postal in my Cube Farm − 8 May, 2008
Ah, the hissy fit is over. After wanting to go postal but having no weapon handy, I was soon cheered by the enthusiasm of the people on the portal team (yeah, that's my big project right now; not writing a portal, but figuring out how to make one useful to researchers). These folks are great. They are smart, knowledgeable, creative, productive, and fun. Getting away from the office to join these folks in another venue has always lifted my spirits. Today was no excepion.
