feel alone today  − 10 May, 2008

Perhaps because it is mother’s day week-end, perhaps because it is spring and most nature creatures go by two, but I feel alone today. I didn’t think about a particular woman since a few weeks, but today she misses me. She is not my girlfriend, she is not my wife, she is not my daughter, she is not my friend, and she is just a name and a face. A long time ago I said her: all I can do is giving you my hand and stand near you.

It was another time, another country, another planet.

Through the windows there are some flowers and I suddenly remember her vanilla skin smell.

Oh god! She gave so much and she had so many to give but…

It was a dream and I’m not asleep!
