Fall Paddling in Michigan  − 14 October, 2007

It was on this paddle that I learned to take photographs from a kayak without it being a major ordeal.  I tucked the camera inside my jersey to keep it dry.  Had there been any danger of capsize or splashing water, I couldn't have done it this easily.  Forgive my perhaps over-numerous photo collection, but this part of the river is close to my heart, and I'm happy to share it with anyone else who might enjoy it.

Where does the Huron river run through? I was raised in Michigan and then got out of there and moved to southern California! Michigan is so beautiful especially in the Fall.

Here's a URL explaining the Huron River's path. I am almost asleep for the night, so I don't think I could type it all out before I lost consciousness.
