River Run White Water Adventure  − 4 August, 2007

My older brother Lucas, his fiancee Melissa, my younger sister Sarah and my cousin Kate and I went white water rafting on the Ottawa River. We all ended up in the river a few times, balling our bodies as tightly as we could to help propel us back to the surface and holding on for dear life to our paddles. The best rapids of the day was the last one, called the centre slot. We even lost our guide in the river on that one.
