100 Pushups: Week 5, Day 3  − 29 August, 2008

Finally completed Week 3.  And it only took 3 weeks to do it.  Today it was 5 sets with 120 seconds to rest between sets.  In order, the sets were: 30, 22, 22, 20, and max (at least 27).  For set 5 I was just able to do 27.

Here's to hoping I don't end up repeating Week 4 four times.

Fair play to you for keeping it up I reckon you need a double large whiskey and a dodgy kebab to celebrate...

Oh, now that sounds good. The whiskey I got... but we don't have any good -- er, dodgy -- kebab shops around here. In fact, we don't have any at all. Ah, I miss living in Harrogate -- there were some places there that had kebabs that would, uh, stay with you for a few days.

Did the deed on Saturday I had a full fat excruciatingly unhealthy Doner Kebab and it was gorgeous until I woke up next day lol
