My first Bodypainting project!  − 22 April, 2003

With Zkot Pen, photograph from San Francisco USA, we painted "Las dos princesas danesas", Louise and Claudia. I fell in love with this form of art, and I still practice it when I have the time and the opportunity. 

There is something magical in painting bodies. The canvas is a human being, it demands some respect and some sensitivity. Plus, the potencial of one's painting do not depend only on the painter, but also on the model's animation of the artwork. Moreover, the ephemeral nature of perfomance art oblige the artist to abandon his production once the project is over. A lot of ineresting things, but the most important is: You are giving another forme, another identity to a body, you give someone the opportunity to discover another possible way of being in life, to understand the fact that he or she, is just a convention, a limited interpretetion of his/her neverending becoming!
