Up North and Hating Rain  − 28 July, 2006

Every single day for the last month there has been no rain. However, the one time we drive up to the cabin up north this summer it rains. Friday night was rainy and we stayed in all night and watched "Grandma's Boy" and played Yahtzee. Granted, Saturday was great and warm and we got a chance to swim and fish, but Saturday night until the time we put the car in drive to leave on Sunday it was wet and raining.

However, we did have air hockey in the basement and Devon had fun acting Mexican at night and it was fun listening to Alyssa and Mark argue with fervor. Those two could win a championship for jealousy and distrust. :)

Stephanie stayed home because she already went tent camping with us in June and didn't want to camp again so soon. What can I say, she just turned Sixteen on the 27th.
