For those who don't know Sleep-in-a-Box is a fundraiser we do for the Emporia Rescue Mission. We stand on Merchant St. asking for donations as people walk or drive by. To show our dedication we sleep in boxes as if we were homeless for the entire weekend. This year we will have Zoiks! performing Friday Evening along with Michale Paddy, the Director of Emporia Rescue Mission. Saturday night we will have a Spaghetti Dinner followed by speaker/musician Todd Sylvester. If you are interested in attending please let me know so we can have a box for you. If you can't stay the whole weekend drop in and visit us anytime! Everyone is welcome to come!
